This programme is for people who would like to begin doing high intensity interval training based workouts, but aren't sure where to start. Starting with a lower work/rest ratio, you will gradually increase not only the ratio, but also the number of exercises + sets over time, meaning you can track your progress from the beginning of the programme to the end and reflect on where you came from. Each workout includes a list of equipment that might be needed, but can be completed from home with no gym equipment and minimal space. After completing this programme, you can move on to the next stage HIIT programme I offer, or continue using the tools I give you in this programme as you want.
